Eclisse was created by Vico Magistretti for Italian furniture and lighting company Artemide. The lamp allows you to cover its inner, luminescent sphere by rotating the incorporated white shield.

The small light was envisioned as a table lamp, but it can also be wall-mounted. The condition of the lamp is good, with some minor scratches.

Vico Magistretti’s Eclisse is described in the ‘Repertorio del Design Italiano 1950-2000’ by Giuliana Gramigna on Page 129 (1966).
