Tabla table lamp by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo for Italiana Luce, 1988 – 1990.

Exceptional sculptural design with an adjustable and extendable arm that gracefully pivots on the peak of the cone base. The transformer of this halogen lamp houses in the base of the lamp. The arm is made of polycarbonate; it is surprisingly light and hence easy to adjust to different positions.

The on/off switch is located on the base, it has three light intensity settings. The lamp has an EU plug and it requires a low voltage bi-pin lamp. The manufacturer’s mark is visible on the bottom of the lamp.

The lamp is in excellent vintage condition. It still has the, often broken, glass protection piece that covers the halogen lamp.
